经尿道2 μm激光膀胱部分切除与膀胱肿瘤电切术后护理的比较

目的 对比经尿道2μm激光膀胱部分切除术与膀胱肿瘤电切术术后的护理.方法 将膀胱肿瘤需行手术治疗的88例患者按手术方法不同分为2μm激光组45例和电切组43例,统计并分析手术时间、术后持续膀胱冲洗时间、膀胱痉挛发生次数、下床活动时间、手术后住院日等.结果 2μm激光组患者在术后持续膀胱冲洗时间、膀胱痉挛发生次数、下床活动时间、术后住院天数等方面均优于电切组患者.结论 经尿道2μm激光膀胱部分切除术具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快等优势,在治疗效果相近的前提下减轻了患者的痛苦,降低了护理难度,提高了医疗护理工作效率.

Comparison of the nursings after transurethral partial cystectomy with two micron continuous wave laser and transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT)

Objective To compare the postoperative nursing between transurethral partial cystectomy with 2 micron continuous wave laser and transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT). Methods The patients who accepted operations for bladder tumor were divided into 2 micron laser group and TURBT group according to different operation methods. The following variables were statistically analyzed; the operation time, duration of bladder rinse, frequency of vesical hyperkinesia, the time of off-bed early ambulant and post operational hospital stay, etc. Results The 2 micron laser group was better than the TURBT group in the following aspects, including duration of bladder rinse, frequency of vesical hyperkinesia, the time of off-bed early ambulant and post operational hospital stay. Conclusions The transurethral partial cystectomy with 2 micron continuous wave laser has advantages in the following aspects; smaller wound, less hemorrhage and earlier recovery, etc. With the hypothesis of same therapy effect, it may reduce the pains of patients and the difficulty of nursing, which may improve the working efficiency of medical treatment and nursing.
