| 摘 要： | 目的 观察稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的临床疗效.方法 将126例心律失常患者随机分为两组各63例,治疗组口服稳心颗粒,9 g/次,3次/d;对照组口服胺碘酮,0.2 g/次,3次/d,治疗1周后改为2次/d,继服1周改为1次/d,维持治疗,4周为1个疗程.结果 治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组为87.3%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(x2=0.068,P>0.05).结论 稳心颗粒与胺碘酮抗心律失常作用相近且副作用小,较为安全.

| Abstract: | Objective To Observe the clinical effects of treating arrhythmia with wenxinkeli.Methods A total of 126 patients with arrhythmia were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group,63 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with wenxinkeli 9g/time,3times/d;while the control group was treated with amiodarone,0.2g/time,3 times/d,and changed to 2times/d after one week.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 85.7%and 87.3% in control group and the treatment group,showing no significant difference(x2=0.068,P>0.05).Conclusion Wenxinkeli has similar antiarrhythmic effects with amiodarone,besides its few side effects. |
