综合护理干预在ICU腹泻患者中的应用

目的:探讨综合护理干预措施在ICU腹泻患者护理中的应用效果及可行性.方法:将2004年6月～2005年5月入住本院ICU具有腹泻危险因素的144例患者列为对照组,给予常规护理;将2005年6月～2006年5月入住ICU具有腹泻危险因素的152例患者列为实验组,提早给予综合护理干预措施.结果:实验组腹泻发生率和腹泻平均持续时间、抗生素相关性腹泻发生率、与腹泻相关并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),患者家属满意率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对具有腹泻危险因素的危重患者提早采取综合护理干预措施,可有效降低危重患者腹泻发生率,减少并发症的发生,提高患者家属满意率.

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with diarrhea in ICU

Objective: To discuss the feasibility of application of comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with diarrhea in ICU.Methods: Patients with high risk of diarrhea were divided into control group and experiment group according to the different time of admission.One hundred and forty four patients,admitted from June 2004 to May 2005,were given routine nursing care in the control group,and 152 patients,admitted from June 2005 to May 2006,were given early comprehensive nursing intervention in the experiment group.Results: The incidence rate of diarrhea,mean time of diarrhea,diarrhea associated with antibiotics and complications associated with diarrhea were evidently lower and less in the experiment group than that in the control group(P<0.05);the contentment of family relatives were significantly higher in the experiment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Early comprehensive nursing intervention is very effective to decrease the incidence rate of diarrhea and complications of patients with high risk of diarrhea and contentment of family relatives can be obtained.
