宫角妊娠22例临床分析

目的探讨宫角妊娠的发病率及早期诊断、治疗的有效方法。方法回顾性分析在我院就诊22例宫角妊娠患者的临床资料。结果我院2003年1月～2005年9月共收治异位妊娠1194例,其中宫角妊娠22例,占1.85%(22/1194)。21例行B超检查,2例误诊,B超早期诊断符合率达90%(19/21)。22例患者中,1例行宫腔镜下清宫,13例行剖腹手术,8例行B超下清宫。结论早孕人流前应常规B超检查。宫腔镜、腹腔镜对宫角妊娠早期诊断确切,治疗上能达到微创效优的效果,值得临床推广。

Cornual pregnancy: clinical analysis of 22 cases

Objective To discuss the morbidity, early diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with cornual pregnancy in our hospital from January, 2003 to September, 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 22 cases of cornual pregnancy taking 1.85% in 1194 cases of ectopic pregnancy at the same time. Ultrasonography was performed in 21 cases in the early stage, and 2 cases were misdiagnosed. The ratio of comfirmed diagnosis with ultrasonography was up to 90%. Of 22 patients, the artificial abortion under hysteroscope was taken in one patient, and 8 patients under type B ultrasound. The other 13 patients underwent the laparotomy ventrotomy. Conclusion The examination with ultrasonography should be taken before the artificial abortion. Because of the less injury and the better effection, the hysteroscope and laparoscope are very important for early diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy.
