| 摘 要： | 从转化医学的概念出发，回顾中美转化医学中心发展的进程。总结归纳美国转化医学中心在管理机制、机构设置和运行模式方面的特点，分析国内转化医学中心建设存在的问题，通过分析中美转化医学中心建设的情况，以期为我国转化医学中心今后的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | By taking the definition of translational medicine as the very first commence, the article gives a retrospective study of the development process of the translational medicine institute both in China and America. This study manages to provide a clear and systematical summary of the characteristics of the American translational medicine institute in management mechanism, organizational setup and operational patterns. It also analyzes some problems of translational medicine institute in China. Through it, provide the reference for the development of translational medicine institute in China. |
