中西医结合治疗带状疱疹体会

目的：介绍中西医结合治疗组及单纯西医组治疗带状疱疹的体会。方法：西治组以抗病毒、营养神经、对症、支持为主；中西医结合治疗组在西治组基础上加用贞芪扶正胶囊和愈疱汤口服。结果：中西医结合治疗组愈显率91．67％，总有效率97．22％，西治组愈显率67．65％，总有效率91．18％．经统计学处理，两组愈显率差异有显著性（P〈0．01），中西医结合治疗组疗效优于西治组。结论：中西医结合治疗组效果优于单纯西医组。

Experience of Combination of Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Herpes Zoster

Objective： To introduce the different with the combination of western and TCM from simple western treating the herpes zoster. Methods： Simple western treating group with the main way of antiviral, trophienerve, symptomatic, supportive treatment ; combination of western and TCM treating group ： with the basic of western treating add taking the capsule of ＂zhen qi fu zheng＂ and ＂yu pao tang＂. Results： the latter group obvious effective rate is 91.67%, overall effective rate is 97.22%, the front group obvious effective rate is 67.65%, overall effective rate is 91.18%, survival analysis showed that these two groups＇obvious effect different is significant, the latter group＇ s effect is better than the first one. Conclusion ： With combination of western and TCM to treat herpes zoster is better than simple use western treatment.
