| 摘 要： | 目的：观察联合印模法在桩核烤瓷冠中的应用效果。方法：对26例患者共计34颗残冠，残根用塞天，藻酸盐印模材联合印模法取模，采用间接法制作桩核并随后制作烤瓷冠，进行疗效观察及相关问题的讨论。结果：34例残冠，残根的桩核就位顺利，烤瓷冠边缘密合，结论：联合印模法降低了桩核烤瓷冠门诊医师的操作难度，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical result of the method of combined impression used in post and core PFMcrowns . Methods: In 34 residual roots of 26 cases,agar and alginate impression material taking combined impressionwere used, applying indirect method to make post and core and then PFM crowns . Clinical result were observed and therelated problems were discussed. Results: Post and core were inserted smoothly,PFM crowns border seal. Conclusions:Applying the method of combined impression reduce the difficulty of post and core PFM crowns operating and could beused widely. |
