摘    要:目的:观察急进高原环境初期,缺氧等因素对人体能量代谢的影响。方法:选择75名青年急进高原36小时及适应60天后,分别采集血液标本测定血中乳酸(LD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、钠钾-ATP酶(Na^ K^ -ATP);结果:进入高原60天后比例进入时血液中LD和LDH升高明显(P<0.01),SDH、XOD、Na^ K^ -ATP酶的活性比刚进入时均有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:进入高原后,人体在适应高原缺氧环境过程中,机体的能量代谢方式发生一定的变化,向无氧酵解方式转移,造成有机氧氧化减弱、部分酶活性下降,这将给机体的适应带来一定的不利影响。

Abstract:To study the effects of early exposed to high altitude on human energy metabolism.Method:75 youths, who exposeds to high altitude for 36 hrs and 60 days, were included in this study. The level of blood LD, LDH, SDH, XOD and Na +K +-ATP were examined at both stage. Results:The level of LD and LDH increased significantly (P<0.01) and the level of others were obviously decreased (P<0.01) after 60 days exposed than that after 36 hrs.Conclusion:The anaerobic metabolism is increased when the people expose to high altitude. The energy metabolism has some changes to adapt the mountain environment.
