| 摘 要： | 鼻-鼻窦炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见病，专家在循证医学基础上制定欧洲鼻窦炎鼻息肉诊疗指南（Europeanpositionpaperonrhinosinusitisandnasalpolyps，EPOS）。指导研究生阅读与解析EPOS，由此深化理论教学；应用EPOS于临床查房提问、病例分析、独立管床等临床实践教学环节，为耳鼻咽喉科研究生全面掌握鼻窦炎鼻息肉理论知识、提高临床实践能力、培养规范的诊治理念打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | Rhinosinusitis is a popular disease in otorhinolaryngology. A guideline document, European position paper on rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps （EPOS） developed on the basis of evidence- based medicine was used in clinical teaching. Theoretical teaching was promoted by reading and under- standing EPOS. Meanwhile, EPOS was used in clinical practices of preclinical ward round, case analy- sis and independent bed charge, which laid a solid foundation to help otorhinolaryngology postgraduates fully grasp the theoretical knowledge of rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps, improve clinical practice abili- ties and develop standardized philosophy of diagnosis and treatment finally. |
