乙型肝炎病毒2型的研究

１９８７年Ｃｏｕｒｓａｇｅｔ等首次报道发现有ＨＢＶ感染者血清中测不到抗－ＨＢｃ，并将其血清中的这种病毒命名为乙型肝炎病毒２（ＨＢＶ－２）型，随后，各国均有报道。我们对２．７万例ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性的原始检测记录进行回顾性调查，具有上述血清学特征者占４％，并对收集到的２５例血清样品进行了严格鉴定，结果显示其中绝大多数（８０％，２０／２５）仍为ＨＢＶ感染，２０％（５／２５）各项乙型肝炎指标全阴性，其中有７例为抗－ＨＢｃ阴性，但它们的核心基因，经Ｈ８Ｖ－ＤＮＡ－ＰＣＲ扩增仍为阳性。本研究未发现有与ＨＢＶ不同的毒株。

STUDY ON THE HEPATITIS B VIRUS TYPE 2

It was first reported by Coursaget et al,in 1987 that anti-HBc was not detect-ed in the serum of the some HBsAg-positive patients.This virus in the serum was named tobe HBV-2.Shortly afterwards,it was reported in some country.We reviewingly investigatedmore than twenty-seven thousands HBsAg-positive original register and discovered te sero-logical characteristic as above was 4%. We critically identified 25 serum samples.The resultshowed that the most of them(80%,20/25)were the cases infected with HBV and 20%wasthat each marker of Hepatitis B was negative.Among them there were seven anti-HBc nega-tive cases,but their core gene were still positive by amplication of HBV-DNA-PCR.The re-search has not found the new virus strain different from HBV.
