比较年轻宫颈癌患者不同方法治疗后的生活质量

目的通过对年轻宫颈癌患者采用两种不同的放疗方法进行治疗，比较不同方法治疗后患者健康恢复情况和生活质量。方法对宫颈癌患者可选用两种治疗方法，一种是广泛子宫切除加选择性盆腔淋巴结清扫术加盆腔外照射治疗，另一种是广泛子宫切除术加选择性盆腔淋巴结清扫术加^125I粒子植入放疗。手术后随访并进行妇科检查及抽血壹性激素以及问卷调查分析。结果盆腔外照射组患者出现外阴干燥、疼痛、阴道萎缩较粒子植入组明显。性激素水平也较植入组低。结论早中期宫颈癌患者，采用手术加粒子植入放疗有较好疗效，中、晚期宫颈癌患者可采用手术加粒子植入加外照射治疗。粒子植入放疗对患者的生活质量干扰小。

Comparing of quality of life of younger patients with carcinoma of cervix uteri undergoing treatment for both radiotherapy

[Objective] To analyze and compare quality of life and the health of patients with carcinoma of cervix uteri undergoing treatment for both radiotherapy. [Methods] Both treatments may be used. One was extensive abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy and radiotherapy. Another method was extensive abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy and permanent 125I interstitial radiotherapy. After operation, the patients was visited and checked up and the blood was tested. [Results] The patients of radiotherapy suffered from radiation vulvovaginitis. They had a pain and drying and atrophy in the vulva and vagina. Level of sex hormone were lower. Quality of life of patients was affected. [Conclusion] The patients with earlier-middl period carcinoma of cervix uteri may choose extensive abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy and permanent 125I interstitial radiotherapy and have better effect. The patients of middle and later stage of carcinoma of cervix uteri may choose extensive abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy and permanent 125I interstitial radiotherapy. Permanent 125I interstitial radiotherapy affects littler to quality of life of patients.
