中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋30例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例在西药三磷酸腺苷、辅酶A、胞二磷胆碱治疗的基础上,加用补肾益气、活血化瘀的中药(山楂、丹参、黄精、骨碎补、太子参、葛根、麦冬、天麻、钩藤、苍术、石菖蒲、五味子、甘草)治疗,对照组仅采用单纯西药治疗。结果:耳聋疗效比较,总有效率治疗组为76.7%,对照组为46.7%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);耳鸣疗效比较,总有效率治疗组为84.0%,对照组为54.5%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益气、活血化瘀中药配合西药治疗突发性耳聋疗效较好,明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Treatment of Sudden Deafness by TCM Combined with Western Medicine:A Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for sudden deafness (SD). Methods: 60 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly, the treatment group(30 cases) treated by adenosine triphosphate, coenzyme A and cytidine diphosphate choline and Chinese herbal drugs with actions of invigorating kidney, benefiting qi, activating blood circulation and removing blood - stasis, induing Fructus Crataegi, Radix Salviae Milti-orrhizae, Rhizoma Polygonati, Rhizoma Drynariae, Radix Pseudostel-lariae, Radix Puerariae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, Fructus Schisandrae and Radix Glycyrrhizae, etc, and the control group(30 cases)by WM alone. Results: The total effective rate for deafness was 76. 77% in treatment group and 46. 7% in control group ( P < 0. 05); the total effective rate for innitus was 84. 0% in treatment group and 54.5% in control group(P< 0.05), Conclusion: The Chinese herbal drugs combined with WM possess a good effect for SD and is superior than that of WM alone.
