| 摘 要： | 目的:了解碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)在股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)中的表达情况.方法:对缺血性坏死的股骨头进行取材,取材点分别位于A:股骨头缺血性坏死区中心;B:股骨头缺血性坏死区边缘;C:股骨头正常骨质区.标本行组织学检查和bFGF免疫组化检查.结果:A区及C区bFGF无阳性染色.B区:主要以新生的小血管和部分新生骨为主,血管内皮细胞和部分成骨细胞出现细胞核黄染的阳性表现.结论:在ANFH的病理过程中,bFGF缺乏是影响了坏死股骨头修复一个重要因素.
