| 摘 要： | 目的:为探讨中西结合治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床效果.方法:通过结肠传输试验等检测方法筛选出慢性功能性便秘30例,应用中药内服和结直肠水疗相结合的方法治疗3个月为一疗程.结果:治愈25例,好转4 例,未愈1例,有效率96.67%,一年后随访,治愈21例,好转4例,未愈5例,总有效率83.33%.结论:表明中西结合治疗慢性功能性便秘有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective: The objective of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic functional constipation. Methods: Thirty patients with chronic functional constipation received the treatment of the Chinese medicine and intestinal hydrotherapy for 3 months. Results: 25 cases were cured, 4 cases got effectiveness and 1 case failed, with a total effective rate of 96.67%. Followed-up for one year, 21 cases were cured, 4 cases got effectiveness and 5 cases failed. The total effective rate was 83.33%. Conclusion: It is suggested that combined Chinese and western medicine has a satisfactory therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic functional constipation. |
