纤维支气管镜检查对慢性咳嗽的诊断价值

目的 探讨纤维支气管镜检查对慢性咳嗽患者的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析1998年1月至2005年12月间我院收治的经常规方法检查无法明确病因的86例慢性咳嗽患者经纤维支气管镜检查的结暴及诊治情况。结果 本组86例慢性咳嗽患者诊断为支气管炎症33例，支气管内膜结核12例，肺癌10例，气道异物4例，诊断不明27例，绝大部分患者在明确诊断后治疗效果显著。结论 纤维支气管镜检查对经常规方法检查无法明确病因的慢性咳嗽患者的诊断有重要价值，并能够有效指导临床的治疗。

Significance of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in diagnosis of chronic cough

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis role of fiberoptic bronchoscopy for the patients with chronic cough.Methods 86 cases with chronic cough who couldn't be made a definite diagnosis by conventional practice were examined through fiberoptic bronchoscopy from January 1998 to December 2005. Results After the examination with fiberoptic bronchoscopy for diagnosing the cause of chronic cough,33 cases with bronchitis were determined,12 cases with endobronchial tuberculosis, 10 case with lung cancer,4 cases with foreign body,27 cases with unknown. After definite diagnosis, most patients had significant effect. Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is the main means to detect the cause of chronic cough which conventional practice can not decide origin of a disease,it has important value in clinical application.
