| 摘 要： | 本文分析20例小儿局灶增生性肾炎的临床与病理改变,占同期肾小球疾病发生率的8.7％。临床表现为肾病综合征10例,其它分别为IgA肾病、紫癜性肾炎、单纯性血尿及各种肾炎。病理改变中半数病例合并肾间质灶性炎症或伴纤维化,少数病例有个别小球节段性硬化或全球硬化。肾病患儿对激素治疗反应多数较差,作者强调综合治疗及更改激素投入方式、剂型能获得较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Clinical menifestation and pathological changes of 20 cases of focal glomerulor nephritis were analized, account for 8.7% of glomerular disease in the same period. Ten were nephrotic syndrome and others were IgA nephropathy, H-S purpura nephritis,isolated hematuria and various kinds of nephritis respectively. Half of them aceompanyed with focal renal interstitual inflammation or fibrosis. Several cases had focal segmental globul sclerosis in pathological changes. Most nephrotic syndrome were prednisone nonresponsers. We suggest that comprehensive treatment and exchange the pattern of glucosteriods would get better results. |
