| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺结合吞咽治疗仪及吞咽训练对慢性期脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的治疗效果。方法:针刺结合综合康复疗法组20例患者采用针刺风池、翳风、完骨、人迎、舌三针、吞咽穴及治呛穴结合吞咽治疗仪及吞咽训练的方法治疗;吞咽训练组20例患者单纯采用吞咽训练的方法治疗。每组患者均治疗20次,以洼田氏饮水试验评定治疗前后疗效。结果:综合治疗组总有效率95%;单纯吞咽训练组总有效率65%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而两组分别进行组内比较,治疗前后洼田氏积分差异亦有统计学意义(P0.01),提示针刺结合综合康复疗法以及单纯吞咽训练治疗均改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,而治疗组在综合治疗后疗效优于对照组。结论:对慢性期脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者进行针刺结合吞咽治疗仪及吞咽训练有利于吞咽功能的恢复,避免误吸等并发症的发生。
