| 摘 要： | 目的观察布托啡诺在老年患者自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)中的安全性与可行性。方法 40例插管全麻术后老年患者(ASAⅠ～Ⅱ,年龄60～82岁)随机分为两组,B组(布托啡诺+格拉司琼,n=20例)和F组(芬太尼+格拉司琼,n=20例),分别予以PCIA,并观察术后各时点的VAS评分及不良反应。结果 B组与F组在术后各时点的VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),但在术后的不良反应中在呼吸抑制和嗜睡方面B组要少于F组(P<0.05)。结论布托啡诺在老年患者的PCIA应用中镇痛性强,安全,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the safe of butorphanol in PCIA of the old patients.Method Forty old patients（ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,aged 60-82 years） are randomly divided into two group： butorphanol/granisetron（B group）,fentanyl/granisetron（F group）.The VAS at the times 3h,6h,12h,18h,24h,30h,36h,42h,48h,compliances of PCIA were evaluated.Result The pain distribution at several time points,impression score for postoperative PCIA in 48h had no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The compliances of B group of respiratory depression and sleepiness obviously reduce（P0.05）.Conclusion The use of butorphanol in PCIA of old patients is security and has fewer side effects. |
