苍术抗腹泻和抗炎作用研究

目的 :研究苍术的抗腹泻和抗炎作用。方法 :采用常规的炎症模型和腹泻模型。结果 :给小鼠ig 苍术醇提物5g/kg 和15g/kg,抑制二甲苯引起的耳肿、角叉菜胶引起的足跖肿胀和乙酸提高腹腔毛细血管通透性 ,也减少蓖麻油性腹泻和番泻叶性腹泻次数 ,但对小鼠墨汁胃肠推进运动无明显影响。结论 :苍术具有抗腹泻和抗炎作用。抗炎是苍术抗腹泻的机理。

Study on Antidiarrheal and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Rhizoma Atractyloidis

OBJECTIVE:To study the antidiarrheal and anti-inflammatory effects of Rhizoma Atractyloidis.METHODS:Experiments were carried out in conventional mouse models of inflammation and diarrhea.RESULTS:Alcoholic extract of Rhizoma Atractyloidis,in dosages of 5g herb/kg and 15 g herb/kg ip,inhibited xylene-induced swelling of the ear,carrageeni_n-induced swelling of the planta and the increased vascular permeability induced by ip acetic acid,and reduced the frequency of purge induced by castor oil or senna,but did not inhibit the gastrointestinal propellant rate of Chinese ink.CONCLUSION:Rhizoma Atractyloidis has antidiarrheal and anti-inflammatory effects and the anti-inflammation effect contributes to the mechanism of antidiarrhea.
