| 医药技术进步跨越中的“点突破”问题 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨在我国实施医药技术进步与创新跨越战略过程中的“点突破”问题。方法 :本文从动态系统不均衡的绝对意义、技术发展的不均衡性、技术进步跨越矩阵和全球技术进步与创新发展过程中的“群集”规律出发 ,系统论证了推动“点突破”对实施医药技术进步与创新跨越战略的必要性和可能性。结果与结论 :由于在技术进步与创新的发展历史上点突破是诱发技术大跨度进步的常规模式 ,因此实施医药技术进步跨越战略必须以局部突破为前提。本文为中国医药技术进步实施跨越战略的“点突破”机会提出了一个初步建议。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss about the spot break for promoting technical skipping in pharmaceutical industry of China.METHODS:Based on imbalance of technical development,matrix of technical change skipping and cluster of innovation,the necessity and possibility of the spot break for promoting technical skipping in pharmaceutical industry of China were discussed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Because the spot or part break is the normal model for promoting technical skipping in history of technical change and innovation,so if pharmaceutical industry of China wants to get technical skipping,we have to promote the spot break.In the end of this paper,the suggestions how to get spot breaks in the skipping of pharmaceutical technical change and innovation in China are put forward. |
