复合益生菌制剂对长航核潜艇员血细胞成分及流变学的影响

摘    要:目的:观察及评价复合益生菌制剂(海生元)对长航核渗艇艇员血液细胞成分及流变学指标的影响。方法:同一艘长航核渗艇艇员设用药组及未用药组,并以另一艘未出航核渗艇艇员为空白对照组,观察各组艇员血液细胞成分和血液流变学指标的变化。结果:(1)红细胞系:用药组航后佃C、HGB、MCV均低于未用药组(P<0.05)。未用药组航后RBC、HGB、MCV高于本组航前和未出航组(P<0.05或P<0.01),HCT只高于本组航前(P<0.05)。(2)粒细胞系:航后用药组WBC、GRAN高于未用药组(P<0.05),LYMP则明显低于未用药组(P<0.01);GRAN及MPR高于本组航前(P<0.05)。未用药组航后册C及GIIAN低于本组航前(P<0.05),LYMP高于本组航前和未出航组(P<0.01)。(3)巨核细胞系:航后用药组PLT、PCT高于而LPCR低于未用药组(P<0.05)。未用药组航后PLT、PCT低于而LPCR高于本组航前(P<0.05);PLT尚低于未出航组(P<0.05)。(4)血液流变学:用药组航后全血粘度、血浆粘度均低于而红细胞电泳时间高于未用药组(P<0.05);用药组航后血浆粘度又低于未出航组(P<0.05)。未用药组航后全血粘度高于而血小板凝集功能低于本组航前和未出航组(P<0.05),血浆粘度只高于本组航前(P<0.05)。结论:复合益生菌制剂可从多方面改善长航核渗艇艇员的血液细胞成分及流变学的变化,有效防止长航过程对艇员血液系统造成的负面影响。

Abstract:Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of complex-probiotic-preparation on blood cell components and rheology of sailors in nuclear-powered submarine during long term voyage. Methods:The subjects were divided into preparation-taken group, preparation-non-taken group and control group (from another nuclear-powered submarine not on training voyage). Blood cell components and rheology were detected before and after voyage. Results:(1)Erythrocyte series:After voyage,RBC, HGB and MCV in preparation-taken group were lower than those in preparation-non-taken group(P<0.05);RBC, HGB and MCV in non-taken group were higher than those before voyage and in control group(P<0.05 and P<0.01),HCT was higher than that before voyage.(2)Granulocyte series:After voyage,WBC and GRAN in taken group were higher while LYMP was lower than those in preparation-non-taken group(P<0.05,P<0.01);GRAN and MPR were higher than those before voyage.(P<0.05). In non-taken group,WBC and GRAN were lower while LYMP was higher than those before voyage and control group(P<0.05, P<0.01).(3)Megakaryocyte serise:After voyage,PLT and PCT in taken group were higher while LPCR was lower than those in non-taken group(P<0.05);PLT and PCT in non-taken group were lower while LPCR was higher than those before voyage(P<0.05),and PLT was also lower than that in control group(P<0.05).(4)Blood rheology:After voyage,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in taken group were lower while RBC electrophoresis time was higher than those in non-taken group(P<0.05);and plasma viscosity was also lower than that in control group(P<0.05). In non-taken group,whole blood viscosity was higher while platelet aggregation was lower than those before voyage and in control group(P<0.05),and plasma viscosity was higher than that before voyage. Conclusion: The complex-probiotic-preparation could improve the changes of blood cell components and rheology parameters of sailors in nuclear-powered submarine during long term voyage thus to prevent negative effect on the blood system.
