| 摘 要： | 目的:观察微创吸刮术治疗腋臭的疗效。方法:先将腋窝手术区行局部肿胀麻醉,然后双上臂距腋窝5-6 cm打孔并建立到腋窝的皮下隧道,用吸刮器具破坏大汗腺组织并吸出,共76例。结果和结论:74例臭味完全消失,2例臭味明显缓解,术后无瘢痕,双肩关节活动不受影响,效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the curative effect of the micro wound technique to treat underarm odor.Methods： The armpit surgical district underwent partial swelling anaesthesia,then both upper arms were free from armpit 5-6cm for drilling and then first armpit＇s hypodermic tunnel was established,the big sweat gland tissues were destroyed by suction curette.76 cases were performed in all.Results and Conclusion： 74 cases with stinks vanished completely,2 cases with stinks got better results,after surgery,no scars were observed,the movement of shoulders joint were not affected,the curative effect is satisfied. |
