养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果观察

目的探讨养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年10月~2013年11月收治的87例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组（43例）和对照组（44例）。研究组给予养阴活胃合剂治疗,对照组给予西医常规疗法治疗,两组治疗周期均为8周。治疗前后均进行胃镜和病理检查,比较两组的临床症状和体征的改善情况及总有效率。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率分别为93.02%,显著高于对照组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组上腹胀痛、嘈杂、嗳气和纳呆食少等不适症状改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,可有效改善症状,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of Yangyin Huowei mixture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Yangyin Huowei mixture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 87 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis from October 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group（43 cases） and control group（44 cases）. The study group was treated with Yangyin Huowei mixture,the control group was treated with conventional therapy of western medicine,the treatment cycles of two groups were 8 weeks.All cases were performed endoscopy and pathology before and after treatment,improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,the total efficiency of two groups was compared respectively. Results The total efficiency of study group was 93.02%,which was higher than 68.18% of the control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The improvement of abdominal pain,noisy,belching,loss of appetite and other symptoms of study group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Yangyin Huowei mixture in the treatment of atrophic gastritis is significant,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
