环磷腺苷葡胺在头颈部放疗口腔黏膜反应中的疗效观察

目的评价环磷腺苷葡胺治疗头颈部放疗口腔黏膜反应的效果。方法将2012年4月~2013年10月在本院接受头颈部放疗的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者68例随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组放疗第2周开始应用环磷腺苷葡胺90 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%的葡萄糖注射液250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,至放疗结束,对照组不采用药物,放疗中及放疗后观察患者进食疼痛情况。结果观察组口腔黏膜反应明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论环磷腺苷葡胺治疗头颈部放疗口腔黏膜反应有明显效果。

Efficacy observation of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on oral mucosa reaction after head and neck radiotherapy

Objective To evaluate the effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of oral mucosa reaction after head and neck radiotherapy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with malignant tumor on the head and neck underwent radiotherapy in our hospital from April 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 34 cases.From the second week,90 mg meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate added into0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection in 250 ml,once per day till the end of radiotherapy were used in observation group,no drug was added in control group.Pain on taking food during or after treatment was observed.Results Reaction of oral mucosa in observation group was remarkably lighter than that in control group,with a statistical difference（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of oral mucosa reaction after head and neck radiotherapy can obtain an obvious effect.
