同步放化疗治疗局限期小细胞肺癌的近期效果观察

目的探讨同步放化疗治疗局限期小细胞肺癌的近期效果。方法选择患者100例,分为两组,各50例,观察组采用同步放化疗,对照组则实施交替放化疗,比较两组的不良反应发生率,1年局部复发、远处转移率及1年生存率。结果观察组治疗后发生骨髓抑制、放射性食管炎、放射性肺炎和放射性皮炎的比例显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组的1年局部复发及远处转移率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组的1年生存率为78%,显著高于对照组的50%。结论同步放化疗治疗小细胞肺癌可显著减少不良反应的发生,提高临床治疗效果,延长患者的生存时间。

Short term effect observation of concurrent chemoradiotherapy treating limited stage small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the short term effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy treating limited stage small cell lung cancer. Methods 100 cases were selected and divided into the two groups,there were 50 cases in each group,the observation group was given the concurrent chemoradiotherapy,the control group was given alternating chemoradiotherapy,the incidence rate of adverse reaction,the rate of local recurrence,distant metastasis and the survival rate in a year in the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of bone marrow suppression,radiation esophagitis, radiation pneumonitis and radiation dermatitis in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,the rate of local recurrence and distant metastasis in a year in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, the survival rate of 1-year in the observation group（78%） was obviously higher than that in the control group（50%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Concurrent chemoradiotherapy treating limited term small cell lung cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction and improve clinical treatment effectr,and prolong survival time of patients.
