摘    要:骨髓基质干细胞具有取材简单、增殖速度快、培养过程中始终保持多向分化的潜能等特点,已经成为干细胞研究领域的热点,是最好的组织工程种子细胞之一,还可以诱导分化为神经细胞。本文对骨髓基质干细胞诱导分化为神经细胞的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Bone marrow stromal cells has derived simple,fast growth,the training process remains much to differentiate and other characteristics,has been become the hot spot in the study of stem cells,is one of the best seed cells of tissue engineering.It can also differentiate into neural cells.The article reviewes the progress of induction of bone marrow stromal cells to neural cells and its mechanisms.
