摘    要:本文对兔与大鼠的周期性黄体应用冷冰复型法进行了透射电镜观察。发现两相邻黄体细胞间可有彼此交插的突起及缝管连接,偶见含有微绒毛的细胞间小管。黄体细胞的核膜上有散在核孔,平均每μm~2有10.81个;其胞质内含有大量滑面内质网及由其形成的轮状结构;线粒体多呈圆形,嵴为管泡状;此外还有很多均质或含有板层结构的圆泡;偶见高尔基体及多泡体;未见粗面内质网。在黄体细胞周围间质中有神经末梢,分泌粒及胶原原纤维。

Abstract:Electron microscopy on the corpus luteum of nonpregnant rabbit and rat were performed by the method of freezefracture replica. The external form of luteal cells is relatively regular, however, between two adjoining cells various sized protrusions,interdigitating with each other,may be revealed;and gap junctions occur on their appositional cell membranes. The intramembranous particals are more numerous on the PF than EF of tha cell membrane and various sized pores can be demonstrated on the cell surface. The nucleus is round or oval in shape, located in one side of the cell, and provided with obvious nuclear pores distributed randumly, the mean number of it is about 10.81um~2. In the cytoplasm numerous smooth surfaced small vesicular and tubular structures connected with each other to form the smooth surfaced endoplasmic reticulum (SER). Most of the mitochondria are round in shape but rod shaped may also be seen, the intramembranous particals on the fractured surface of their membrane are more numerous than those on the SER, mitochondrial cristae are vesicular in shape.The most prominent feature is that there are many laminated round vesicles in the cytoplasm, their size is larger than mitochondrion, cracked vesicles with homogeneous matrix are also present and multivesicular bodies may occasionally be revealed. Simple Golgi complex was revealed, but rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum are not seen, whorls made up by flatten SER cisternae arranged in concentric pattern may bs demonstrated. Microvilli, granules and one nerve ending which contains a mitochondrion and some small vesicles are discovered in the intercellular space. Collagenous fibrils surronding the luteal cells may also be revealed. There is no obvious difference between the luteal cells of rabbit and rat. The results are compared with what arc observed by using scanning electron microscope and ultrathin sections and the mode of secretion of luteal cell is discussed with referenes.
