| 摘 要： | 以简单小室法研究了布洛芬分别在不加助渗剂、加１％月桂氮 酮、加１％尿素、加１％月桂氮 酮及１％吐温－８０时渗过离体小白鼠皮肤的吸收效果。结果表明，月桂氮 酮有显著的吸收促进作用，尿素次之。吐温－８０则有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Ibuprofen transdermal liniment containing different penetrationenhancers was studied by the permeation through intact mouse skin in small diffusion cell using 3% (w/v) ibuprofen solution containing 1% (w/v) of enhancer,The results showed that the enhancing effect of laurocapram was much greaterthan that of urea and tween-80 hindered the penetration. |
