| 摘 要： | 利用吡拉西坦的乙酰胺基与羟胺反应生成Ｎ－羟胺基酰胺，用铁离子显色后，在５００ｎｍ波长处进行分光光度测定。平均回收率为９９．４９％，ＲＳＤ为０．２６％（ｎ＝５）。方法简便，快速。

| Abstract: | The acetamido group of piracetam reacts with hydroxylamine to form N-hydroxyamino-amide which gives color reaction with Fe and can be used for determination of piracetam and its tablets by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 500 nm. The average recovery was 99.49% (RSD= 0.26%) . This method is simple, accurate and rapid. |
