| Abstract: | An improved HPLC method is described for the quantitative determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride injection. Using phenyl silica column and UV detector, with methanol-acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(100:150:350) as the mobile phase, an almost linear calibration curve was obtained(r=0.9999). The average recovery and RSD were 100. 13%, and 0.85%, respectively. |
