护理本科生评判性思维能力与影响因素分析

摘    要:目的了解未开始进入临床实习的护理本科生的评判性思维能力的现状并找出和分析相关影响因素,为教学改革提供依据。方法利用CCTDI-CV量表(评判性思维能力量表的中文版)对192名护理本科生进行调查,并对结果进行统计学相关性分析。结果护理本科生评判性思维能力的平均得分属于中等偏上,在寻求真相、开放思想、分析能力、批判性思维的自信心和认知成熟度五个方面各年级间得分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),文理科学生的得分无统计学意义(P〉0.05);学生是否有兼职经历和担任过职务是影响评判性思维能力的因素。结论调查结果提示教师应适当改进教学方法,学校应为学生创造良好的学习环境,设计、组织有助于培养学生评判性思维能力的教学活动,进一步提高学生的评判性思维能力。

Abstract:Objective Learn about the current situation of the critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates who have not enter clinical practice. Find out and analyze the related influencing factors, which would provide reference for their education reform. Method Using the CCTDI- CV scale to investigate 192 nursing undergraduates and conduct statistical correlation analysis based on the results. Result The average score of critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates is above average, with statistical significance in seeking truth, open mind, analyzing ability, self- confidence of critical thinking and cognitive maturity among different grade students (p〈0.01). There's no statistical significance of the scores between arts students and science students (p〉0.05). Whether the students had part-time job experience or were in any post are the influencing factors of critical thinking ability. Conclusion The results suggest that teachers should improve teaching methods appropriately while the school should create a good learning environment, design and organize teaching activities conductive to developing students" critical thinking ability.
