| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分析联合检测 HPV-DNA 和 TCT 对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法选择来我院进行妇科检查的女性486例，进行 HPV-DNA、TCT 检测。结果单项检测 HPV-DNA 敏感性最高（84．87％），但特异性（52．69％）以及阳性预测值（44．95％）最低；HPV-DNA ＋TCT 联合检测的特异性（81．63％）、阳性预测值（64．61％）和诊断符合率（81．28％）都明显高于两者的单独检测，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论联合检测 HPV-DNA 和 TCT 可提高宫颈癌的诊断水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of HPV-DNA and TCT in cervical carci-noma.Methods 486female came to our hospital for gynecological examination were selected.HPV-DNA,TCT was de-tected.Results The sensitivity of the highest single detection HPV-DNA （84.87%）,but the specificity （52.69%）and positive predictive value （44.95%）the lowest;specificity of combined detection of HPV-DNA and ＋TCT （81.63%）, positive predictive value （64.61%）and the coincidence rate （81.28%）was obviously higher than that of both the sin-gle detection,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined detection of HPV-DNA and TCT can improve the level of diagnosis of cervical cancer. |
