紫林降脂保健醋对高脂血症模型大鼠糖脂代谢影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究紫林降脂保健醋(BJC)对实验性高脂血症模型大鼠血脂、血糖的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养SD大鼠建立实验性高脂血症模型,将实验大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,阳性对照组,保健醋低、中、高剂量组,每组各10只。除正常对照组外,其余各组动物均喂食高脂饲料,连续4周;于第5周开始灌胃给以相应的药物,正常对照组和模型对照组给等体积的生理盐水,连续4周,给药期间继续喂食高脂饲料。于末次给药后,采血,检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三醋(TG)、低密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(GLU)的含量。结果紫林降脂保健醋各剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL含量均有不同程度的降低,其中保健醋中、高剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL含量显著降低(P<0.05);同时,保健醋组高剂量组对血糖水平亦有显著降低作用(P<0.05)。结论紫林降脂保健醋可有效改善高脂血症模型大鼠的血脂、血糖水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the impacts of zilin jiangzhi baojian vinegar(the vinegar)on blood lipid and blood glucose in the rat models of experimental hyperlipidemia.Methods The high-fat feed was used for SD rats to establish the experimental hyperlipidemia models.The experimental rats were randomized into a blank control group,a model control group,a xuezhikang group,and the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose vinegar groups,10 rats in each one.Except the normal control group,the high-fat feed was applied in the rest groups,continuously for 4 weeks.Since the 5th week,the lavage with corresponding medicine started.The isovolumetric physical saline was applied to the blank control group and model control group,continuously for 4 weeks.In medication,the high-lipid feed kept on using.After the last medication,blood was collected for the determination of the contents of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and glucose(GLU).Results The contents of serum TC,TG and LDL were reduced to different extents in all dose vinegar groups,of which,the contents of serum TC,TG and LDL were reduced significantly in the middle-dose and high-dose groups(P0.05).Simultaneously,the glucose level was reduced significantly in the high-dose group(P0.05).Conclusion Zilin jiangzhi baojian vinegar improves effectively the level of blood lipid and glucose for the rat models of hyperlipidemia.
