| 摘 要： | 目的分析不孕症患者的疾病不确定感的因素并探讨其与社会支持之间的相关性。方法对135例符合不孕症诊断的患者进行疾病不确定感和社会支持的测量。结果不孕症患者的疾病不确定感属于中等程度,疾病不确定感与社会支持之间存在显著负相关。结论护理人员应重视患者的疾病不确定感感受和患者社会支持系统的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the factors of sterility patient's disease uncertainty,and to discuss the relevance of it with the social support.Methods The 135 examples accorded the sterility diagnose were carried out the survey of the disease uncertainty and the social support.Results The sterility patient's disease uncertainty belonged to the medium degree,and there was a remarkably negative correlation between the disease uncertainty and the social support.Conclusions Nursing staffs should attach importance to the experience of patient's disease uncertainty and the effect of social support program. |
