胸腔镜下T2～4交感神经链切断术治疗手足多汗症的疗效观察

目的:探讨21例手足多汗症患者行胸腔镜下T2-4交感神经链切断术的疗效。方法:21例患者均在胸腔镜下行双侧T2-4交感神经链切断术,术中监测双手掌、双足体温变化,术后随访、评价手足多汗消失情况。结果:21例患者术后手汗均消失,19例足汗消失,2例减轻。4例术后出现代偿性多汗。结论:胸腔镜下T2-4交感神经链切断术是治疗手足多汗症的有效手段。

Observation of thoracoscopic T2-4 sympathectomy for palmar and foot hyperhidrosis

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of thoracoscopic T_(2-4) sympathectomy for palmar and foot hyperhidrosis.Methods:Bilateral thorascopic T_(2-4) sympathectomy were performed in 21 cases.Palmar and foot skin temperature were monitored simultaneously during operation and the efficacy was evaluated after operation.Results:The sympotoms vanished in all 21 cases of palmar hyperhidrosis and in 19 cases of foot hyperhidrosis,while two cases decreased.Compensatory hyperhidrosis were found in 4 cases.Conclusions:Thoracoscopic T_(2-4) sympathectomy is an effective method to treat palmar and foot hyperhidrosis.
