| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨C-erbB-2在子宫内膜增生性病变及内膜腺癌中表达的临床意义。方法:用免疫组化方法检测60例子宫内膜增生性病变,内膜腺癌中C-erbB-2的表达情况。结果:C-erbB-2在子宫内膜增生性病变阳性表达率为23.3%,随着病变程度增高而增高(P<0.05),在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率为70.0%,随肿瘤分化程度降低而表达增高(P<0.05),子宫内膜癌中的表达高于子宫内膜增生性病变(P<0.01)。结论:C-erbB-2的表达与宫内膜癌发生发展及恶性程度有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of C-erbB-2 in endometrial hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma endometrium.Method: The expression of C-erbB-2 was studied by Envision immunohistochemisty in 60 cases with endometrial hyperplasia and 60 cases with adenocarcinoma endometrium.Results: The expression rate of C-erbB-2 in endometrial hyperplasia was 22.67%,and the expression increased with pathological changes level with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression rate of C-erbB-2 in adenocarcinoma endometrium was 70%,and the expression increased with differentiated changes with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression rate of C-erbB-2 in adenocarcinoma endometrium was higher than in endometrial hyperplasia(P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression rate of C-erbB-2 was related with development and malignant level of adenocarcinoma endometrium. |
