住院老年痴呆病人睡眠质量分析及护理干预

目的]调查轻度、中度住院老年痴呆病人睡眠行为障碍的患病率及其影响因素,为提出有效护理干预提供依据。方法]2003年1月—2006年8月采用国际通用的神经精神科问卷,调查住院老年痴呆病人睡眠行为障碍,包括是否存在睡眠障碍、频度和严重程度。同时采用自制影响睡眠因素调查表了解其影响因素。结果]74.60%住院老年痴呆病人有睡眠行为障碍,影响睡眠主要因素为陌生环境、不良心理、日间活动及光照减少等。结论]住院老年痴呆病人睡眠质量差,应从心理护理、改善环境、增加光照及运动等方面采取积极合理的护理措施来改善睡眠质量,提高病人的生活质量,延缓痴呆进展。

Analysis of sleep quality of hospitalized senile dementia patients and their nursing intervention

Objective:To investigate the sickness rate and its influencing factors of sleep behavior disorder of mild and moderate hospitalized senile dementia patients so as to provide some bases for effective nursing intervention.Methods:Senile dementia patients hospitalized from January of 2003 to August of 2006 were investigated on their sleep behavior disorders by adopting international global neurology and psychiatry questionnaire.Items include sleep disorder or not,frequency and severity degree of sleep disorder.Meantime,influencing factors were investigated by filling out self-made questionnaire.Results:Among all investigated,74.60% hospitalized senile dementia patients had sleep behavior disorders.Major sleep influencing factors were strange environment,poor mental state,daytime activities and illumination reduction and so on.Conclusion:Hospitalized senile dementia patients had poor sleep quality.Active and reasonable nursing measures including psychological care,environment improvement,increasing illumination should be taken to improve sleep quality and to enhance living quality of patients so as to postpone the progress of dementia.
