MS培养基诱导桃仁愈伤组织及成分分析

摘    要:为了建立诱导桃仁愈伤组织的培养体系,采用MS培养基添加不同的激素组合诱导桃仁愈伤组织;二阶导数光谱扫描法,测定苦杏仁甙含量。结果表明,培养基MS+IAA+BA组合,愈伤组织诱导率最高(33.33%),但生长速率不及MS+NAA+BA组合的生长速率快;苦杏仁甙的含量(0.0273%)也不及后者(0.1836%)多。MS+2,4-D+6-FA组合未能诱导出愈伤组织,提示可将MS作为基本培养基,进一步研

Abstract:For establishing the medium system of induced prunus persica callus,the combination of MS medium with different hormone had been used.The content of amygdalin had been determined with the method of derivative spectrum scanning.The results showed that in the combined medium of MS+IAA+BA,the inducing rate of callus was the highest(33.33%) while the growth rate in medium MS+NAA+BA was the highest.The content of amygdalin in MS+IAA+BA(0.0273%)was lower than that in medium MS+NAA+BA(0.1836%).And no callus was induced in medium MS+2,4 D+6 FA.It indicates that the MS can be used as the basic medium for the further research of the growth rate of prunus persica callus and the relationship between the biosynthesis of amygdalin and the combination of hormones.
