| 摘 要： | 采用高压液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）测试６７例精神分裂症脑脊液中去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）和多巴胺（ＤＡ）的水平，以ＮＥ／ＤＡ作为两者相互作用指标与正常对照组比较，结果发现实验组低于对照组，说明精神分裂症病人有中枢ＮＥ－ＤＡ失平衡，ＮＥ功能的相对低下，而ＤＡ功能的相对亢盛，并就此进行讨论

| Abstract: | We determined the levels of norepinephrine(NE)and dopamine(DA)in 67 CSF cases with schizophrenia and 10 healthy voluteer controls by HPLC,and introduced the concept of relative metabolite rate(RMR) of NE and DA presented by ratio of NE/DA.We found the patients'NE/DA was significantly lower than that of normal controls. This resuIts suggested that there be abnormal interaction NE and DA of schizophrenics,and was discussed according to unbalance between NE and DA in the central never system of the patients with schizophrenia. |
