| 摘 要： | 家兔iv或体外实验均证明玉足海参酸性粘多糖(HL-P)抗凝血作用显著,效应强度与浓度成正相关。HL-P在体外明显延长TT,KPTT,PT的最低浓度为28, 12,210μg/ml,延长KPTT的效价与肝素相同。兔耳静脉iv HL-P 0.65或2mg/kg后10min,TT,KPTT明显延长。抗凝效应可为硫酸鱼精蛋白所纠正。

| Abstract: | The anticoagulative activity of HL-P in rabbit was observed in vitro and in vivo. It was demonstrated that the anticoagulative effect of HL-P was prominent. The active potency was positively correlated to drug concentration. Minimal HL-P concentrations which prolonged TT, KPTT and PT significantly were 28, 12, 210 μg/ml, respectively. The potency of HL-P and he parin were the same. TT and KPTT weresignificantly prolonged in rabbit 10 min after 0.65 or 2 mg/kg HL-P iv. The anticoagulative action could be corrected by prota mine sulfate. |
