正常妊娠妇女不同孕周血清碱性磷酸酶的分析

目的探讨正常妊娠妇女不同孕周血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP）的变化及意义。方法回顾调查分析我院门诊进行孕产妇系统管理的16599例正常妊娠妇女不同孕周血清总碱性磷酸酶（ALP）的测定值，妊娠合并症及并发症者除外，早期妊娠5207例、中期妊娠10855例、晚期妊娠537例，均抽取空腹静脉血作血清ALP测定。并与2002—2007年在我院门诊进行健康体检的1801例健康育龄期非孕妇女作对照。结果正常妊娠妇女血清总ALP随妊娠的进展呈逐渐升高趋势，孕8—15周略低于健康育龄期非孕妇女，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。早期妊娠6—7周，中期妊娠孕16～18周，接近健康育龄期非孕妇女（P〉0．05），妊娠19周以后高于健康非孕育龄妇女，与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。正常育龄期非孕妇女ALP的血清值为（53．590±24．349）IU／L。结论正常妊娠妇女不同孕周血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP）变化可能与胎儿的生长发育、孕妇肝脏代谢、骨代谢及胎盘功能有关。

Analysis of Serum Alkaline Phosphatase of Normol Pregnancy Women in Different Gestational Age

Objective To investigate the variation and significance of serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP） in normol pregnancy women in different gestational age. Methods Serum alkaline phosphatsae（ALP） of 16 599 normal pregnant women in different gestational age were analyzed retrospectively. In these 16 599 cases,there were 5 207 cases in first trimester,10 855 were in the second trimester and 537 were in the third trimester cases. Alkaline phosphatase was examined in fasting venous blood of all women. The results were compared with the serum alkaline phosphatase of 1 801 case of healthy non-pregnant women. Results Serum Alkaline Phosphatase of normal pregnant women increase gradually with the pregnancy progress, while during 8-15 gestational weeks,it was slightly lower than normal non-pregnant women（P 〈 0.05 ）. During first trimester weeks and the second trimester pregnancy 16-18 weeks, ALP was close to normal non-pregnant women＇ s, after pregnancy 19 weeks it was higher than normal non-pregnant women （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of ALP of normal nonpregnancy women was （ 53. 590 ±24. 349 ） IU/L. Conclusion Variation serum ALP of normal pregnant women may relate to their baby＇ s growth and development of the placenta.
