| 摘 要： | 目的 加强和改进新生儿脐膨出的围手术期处理技术，提高存活率。方法 回顾性分析23例新生儿脐膨出的手术前后的护理方法。结果 15例患儿存活，生理和心理上未留下后遗症。结论 严格无菌的创面处理和可靠而持久的胃肠减压可提高新生儿脐膨出患儿的存活率。远期生活质量良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the management techniques during operative period for infants with acromphalus, than raising the survival rate. Method The nursing methods of 23 patients with acromphalus were analysed retrospectively. Results 15 patients survived and no mental or physical sequel. Conclusion Strict aseptic management to surface of wound and continuous gastrointestinal decompression can raise the survival rate of infant with acromphalus, also can improve the remote life quality. |
