院前急救医疗设备管理研究

目的:探讨加强院前急救医疗设备管理方法,以提高院前急救质量和效率。方法:从院前急救医疗设备使用环境、使用人员和使用状态3个方面,分析其使用特点,采用鱼骨图分析法找出造成院前急救医疗设备使用情况不佳的原因;从采购、使用和保障环节提出针对性的管理措施。结果:在设备采购环节注重急救设备体积小、重量轻、操作简便、坚固耐用、多功能、一体机、网络化和品牌型号一致性等因素,使急救设备便于使用;加强使用培训、制定操作规程和完善使用记录,使急救人员规范使用急救设备;在保障环节中严验收、勤保养、密检测、配备人员和配置工具,使急救设备随时可用。2020年南京市院前急救出救车次同比上升3.38%,而可视喉镜、心电图仪、心肺复苏机和呼吸机的成功使用次数同比分别上升了11.35%、22.06%、110.14%和36.42%,患者综合满意度得到提升。结论:针对性的院前急救医疗设备管理措施,能够确保医疗设备的性能和状态完好,可提高院前急救质量和效率。

Research on the management of pre-hospital first aid medical equipment

Objective:To explore the methods of strengthening the management of pre-hospital first aid medical equipment to improve the quality and efficiency of pre-hospital first aid treatment.Methods:The characteristics of pre-hospital first aid medical equipment were analyzed from 3 aspects of using environment,using personnel and using status;the causes of poor use of first aid medical equipment were found out by fishbone diagram analysis;targeted management measures in the links of procurement,usage and maintenance were proposed.Results:The small size,light weight,easy operation,sturdiness,multi-function,all-in-one,networking and brand and model consistency of first aid equipment were considered in the equipment procurement process to make the first aid equipment easy to use;strengthening use training,formulating operation procedures and perfecting use record so as to make emergency personnel use emergency equipment in a standardized manner;strict procedures of inspection and acceptance,frequent maintenance,tight testing,allocation of personnel and preparation of tools should be followed so as to make the firstaid equipment ready for use at any time.In 2020,the number of pre-hospital emergency rescue vehicles in Nanjing increased by 3.38%year-on-year,while the number of successful use of video laryngoscopes,electrocardiographs,cardiopulmonary resuscitation machines and ventilators increased by 11.35%,22.06%,110.14%and 36.42%year-onyear,respectively.Overall patient satisfaction has been improved.Conclusion:Pertinent management measures of pre-hospital first aid medical equipment can ensure the performance and condition of medical equipment intact and improve the quality and efficiency of pre-hospital emergency treatment.
