慢性淤胆型肝炎高压氧治疗前后肝组织超微结构的变化

目的 观察慢性淤胆型肝炎（ＣＣＨ）高压氧（ＨＢＯ）治疗前后肝组织超微结构的变化。方法 用纯氧单仓治疗（２．５Ｍｐａ，２ｈ／ｄ，１０ｄ／ｃｙｃ，６ｃｙｃ）１０例ＣＣＨ。治疗前后肝穿，透射电镜观察。结果 ９例肝组织汇管区淋巴细胞浸润和肝细胞淤胆减轻；８例肝细胞线粒体肿胀和ｋｕｐｆｆｅｒ细胞增生减轻；７例肝组织毛细胆管淤胆减轻和溶酶体数量减少；６例肝组织内毛细血管增生明显（Ｐ〈０．０５）；３例肝细胞内内

Observation of liver ultrastructure changes of chronic cholestasis hepatitis treated with hyperbaric oxygenation

Aim To observe the ultrastructure changes of liver tissue in CCH (Chronic cholestasis hepatitis) patients treated with HBO (Hyperdric oxygenation). Methods 10 patients with CCH were treated with HBO (2.5MPa,2 h/d, 10 d/ cyc 6 cyc) and liver biopsy was carried out bore and after the treatment. The ultrastructure of liver tissue was observed through transmission electron miscroscope. Results infiltration of lymphocyte into portal area and attenuating hepatocytic cholestasis in 9 cases, alleviating mitochondrium swelling and Kupffer cell hyperplasia in 8 cases, alleviating bile capillaries chlolestasis and the decreasing number of lysosomes in 7 cases were observed. Hyperplasia of capillary vessel was significantly abated in 6 cases (P < 0. 05 ). Hyperplasia of endoplasmic reticulum was lightened in 3 cases. Expanding of Golgicomples, and hyperplasia of Ito cell and fibre were alleviated in 2 cases. Conclusion The treatment of CCH by HBO therapy could efficiently alleviate the cholestasis and ultrastructure damage of live tissue.
