淋球菌PCR基因诊断试剂盒的研制及初步应用

淋球菌ＰＣＲ基因诊断方法特异，敏感，与泌尿生殖道的其它污染菌不产生非特异扩增反应，在淋球菌３．８ｆｇ提取ＤＮＡ可得到明显扩增带。用自制ＰＣＲ诊断试剂盒进行临床检测与菌株鉴定，其标本处理方法简便易行，检出率与培养法符合率高，且整个检测可在３￣４ｈ内完成，适于医院临床应用。

Trial use of Neisseria gonorrhoeae PCR diagnosis kit

The highly specific and sensitive,Neisserta gonorrhoeae DNA diagnosis by polymerasechain reaction(PCR)shows one specific amplified band,when the purified DNA is only about 3.8fg,while nonspecific bands are found in other related bacteria. In clinical detection and identifica-tion of the bacteria,the sample treating method is simple and easy,the positive rate is almost thesame as the culture method and all the PCR process can be completed within 3 to 4 hours,there-fore,it is suitable to clinical application.
