婴幼儿使用静脉留置针中音乐干预的研究

目的探讨音乐干预在婴幼儿使用静脉留置针中的影响效果。方法将180例住院需静脉输液治疗患儿按入院先后顺序分为干预组和对照组各90例,均于静脉留置针使用前后行常规健康教育、安慰、鼓励、规范护理及管理等措施,同时对干预组选择患儿喜欢、熟悉的个体化音乐进行干预,观察并比较两组患儿静脉留置针使用的差异。结果两组患儿在静脉留置针穿刺成功率、留置时间、并发症及意外情况方面,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论音乐干预能提高婴幼儿静脉留置针的有效使用率。

Music intervention for infants using intravenous catheter

Objective To analyze the effects of music intervention for infants using intravenous catheter.Methods A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into the test group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional health education,comfort,encouragement,normalized care and management before and after using intravenous catheter.The test group was meanwhile given individual music intervention.We observed and compared differences between the two groups in the use of intravenous catheter.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in success rate,retention time and complications （P 0.05）.Conclusion Music intervention can enhance the efficiency of intravenous catheter for infants.
