| 摘 要： | 随着医学模式的转变和全新护理模式的建立，培养高素质护理人才是21世纪护理学科发展的要求。而实践教学质量关系到人才培养目标的实现。文章就如何把握实践教学环节，提高护生的带教质量，结合临床教学实际，对临床护理实践教学进行了总结。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of medicine modes and the foundation of new nursing modes, it has become the needs of nursing development of 21st century to cultivate high-quality nursing talents. Practical teaching quality is closely related to this goal. This paper summarized the clinical nursing teaching and explored the ways to raise the apprentice quality. |
