13C-尿素呼气试验对胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断价值

目的 探讨检测胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的最佳方法.方法 对50例胃镜病理切片确诊为胃癌的患者,并1个月内未曾使用可能影响HP检测结果的药物者同步完成多聚酶链反应(PCR)、快速尿素酶试验(RUT)、13C-尿素呼气试验(13C-UBT)检测.以PCR阳性为诊断HP感染的标准.评价13C-UBT对HP感染的诊断价值.结果 13C-UBT的敏感性100%(34/34),特异性88%(14/16),准确性96%(48/50),阳性预测值94%(34/36),阴性预测值100%(14/14).结论 13C-UBT可作为HP与胃癌相关性研究的有效方法.

The diagnostic value of 13C-UBT in Helicobacter Pylori(HP) infetion of stomach cancer patients

Objective To explore the best methods to examine HP infection of stomach cancer patients.Methods 50 cases with stomach cancer diagnosed by pathology slice.All of them had never taken drugs which will probably affect the reliability in detection of HP infection in a recent month.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR),rapid urease test(RUT),and ~(13)C-Ure breath test(~(13)C-UBT) were used to detect Hp.The PCR positive was considered as the standard for diagnosis of Hp infection,the diagnostic value of ~(13)C- UBT in HP infection was valuated.Results Contrast the consequence,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,negative predictive value and positive predictive value for ~(13)C-UBT were 100%(34/34),88%(14/16),96%(48/50),100%(14/14),94%(34/36)respeetive- ly.Conclusion The ~(13)C-UBT can be considered as the most reliable method to study HP and Stomach Caner.
