杭州市手足口病社区综合防控措施落实情况电话抽查

目的：了解2008年杭州市手足口病社区防控措施落实情况。方法：5-6月份,分5次随机抽取共460例网络直报手足口病病人,电话了解病人社区管理工作的落实情况。结果：80.43%的病人受到了访视,其中上门访视占74.72%,电话访视占25.68%,57.84%的病家由社区责任医生落实了首次消毒,69.46%的病人开展了家庭随时消毒,90.81%的病人接受了健康教育,社区医生对91.89%的病例开展了每日病情追踪。5次抽查结果显示,社区医生的访视率和规范管理率在不断上升。结论：社区防控措施是控制手足口病疫情的重要措施之一,电话抽查作为一种全新的检查督导方式,对防控措施的落实起了较大作用。

Telephone check on community based synthetic measures of handfoot and mouth disease prevention and control in Hangzhou City

Objective To check the implementation of community-based synthetic measures of hand,foot and mouth disease prevention and control in Hangzhou City in 2008.Methods In May and June,telephone interviews with the relative patients of the 460 direct network reported cases,which were selected through 5 random samplings,were made to clarify the implementation of community-based managements.Results Among the 460 cases,80.43% were visited,including 74.72% household interview and 25.68% phone call interview. Community doctors made household disinfection once for 57. 84% of patients. 69. 46% of patients disinfected their houses by family members concurrently. 90. 81% of patients had health education and 91. 89% of patients were traced everyday by their community doctors. The spot--check results of 5 random samplings show that the proportion of visiting rate and standard management rate were rising all along. Conclusions Community- based synthetic measures were among important measures to prevent and control hand, foot and mouth disease. And the telephone check, as a new supervision and examination approach,played an important role in implementing control measures.
