| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性心肌梗死（AMT）合并急性左心衰竭的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析22例AMT合并急性左心衰竭，心功能Ⅲ级以上患者的临床资料及二维超声心动图检查结果。结果：22例中，及时诊断12例，延时诊断10例。抢救成功17例，成功率为77．3％，死亡5例。结论：AMT合并急性左心衰竭多为无痛性梗死，二维超声心动图表现多为急性外透壁性梗死。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical character of acute myocardial infarction(AMT)complicated with acute left heart failure.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed clinical data and two-dimensional echocardiography of 22 AMT cases complicated with left heart failure and atⅢ stage of heart function.Results:12 cases had prompt diagnosis,and 10 cases had delayed diagnosis.17 cases were rescued successfully,and 5 were dead,with the success rate as 77.3%.Conclusion:Most of AMT cases complicated with acute left heart failure had painless infarction.And two-dimensional echocardiography shows more non-transmural myocardial infarction. |
